Membership Events

As a Fever MVP Member, there is no off season. You have access to exclusive events and special offers all year long.

January 27: Rutgers vs. Indiana

Join us for a road trip to historic Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Indiana. Enjoy the collegiate version of the women’s game as the Indiana University Hoosiers host the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers. Tipoff is at 7 p.m.

February 16: Dave & Buster’s

It’s “The Only Place to Eat, Drink, Play & Watch Sports.” Join your fellow Fever MVPs for a night out on the town.

March 4: Women’s Big Ten Tournament

Bankers Life Fieldhouse will once again be the host for the Men’s and Women’s Big Ten Tournaments. Watch the ladies as they battle it out for the conference crown.

April 14: WNBA Draft Party

The Fever will select 9th in the 2016 WNBA Draft. That’s the same spot that Natalie Achonwa was chosen in 2014.

May 10: MVP Tipoff Party

This annual event is a fan-favorite. Meet the Fever up close as they make final preparations for the 2016 season.

  • Mini Season MVPs: Receive a 20% discount to the Team Store
  • Half Season MVPs: Receive a 25% discount to the Team Store

Option 2: Hassle Free, Interest Free Payment Plan

Spread your total purchase across each month through July 15, 2020.

Your payment plan selection will continue each season unless you notify us in advance of August 15 of each year. On August 15, your card will automatically be charged as the first installment of the monthly plan or as your one-time payment for the Pay In Full plan.

Who do I call if I have questions?

As a Fever MVP, you have a dedicated Service Representative that is available to help you. If you do not know who your representative is, please call the Fever Service Line at (317) 917-2528.

How do I use my Team Store Gift Shop discount?

You will receive a Fever MVP credential that you can show at the Team Store to redeem your discount. * Discount only applies in-store

How do I exchange unused tickets?

After the game has passed, visit fevermvp.com/exchange to designate the game that you would like to exchange your tickets for.  The new tickets will be loaded into your online Fever Account Manager to print, transfer to a friend, or view on the Fever mobile app.

What time can I get in the doors on game day?

Doors open 1 hour prior to tipoff.

How do I become a Fever MVP Member?

All Fever season ticket members are considered MVP Members and receive special discounts and perks based on your membership plan. If you are interested in becoming a Full Season, Half Season or Mini Season MVP Member, please contact the Fever Sales & Service line at (317) 917-2528 or stop by Ticket Central on game days.

How does Cheer Now, Pay Later work?

During the WNBA Playoffs, you have the option of paying in full for all home playoff games or signing up for Cheer Now, Pay Later. This allows you to only pay for the games that are played at home after each playoff round is completed. This saves you from waiting on reimbursement if you paid for games that the Fever did not end up playing. If you sign up for this option, you will be charged for the number of home playoff games that the Fever play, regardless of whether or not you attend the games.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my tickets?

There are no refunds or exchanges for ticket purchases. If you miss a game, you can exchange your tickets for another game later in the season by visiting fevermvp.com/exchange.

What are MVP Credentials?

All MVPs are given credentials at the beginning of the season. This will allow you to gain discounts at the Fever Team Store.

AM I ABLE TO UPGRADE MY TICKETS INTO BETTER SEATS FOR A GAME?

Utilizing the Unused Ticket Exchange, you can save your season ticket and purchase a single game ticket for a different location. You can then trade in your unused ticket for a ticket to a future game.

What are the box office hours?

The Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office is open Monday – Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm and during events.

What if I have a question during a game?

We are finalizing the location of Ticket Central at Hinkle Fieldhouse and will communicate that once it is set.

MAY I BRING IN SOMETHING TO HAVE AUTOGRAPHED?

You may bring in items or bags smaller than 14″ x 14″.

AT WHAT AGE IS A CHILD REQUIRED TO HAVE A TICKET?

Any child under 2 years old that does not require a physical seat for the game may sit on your lap wherever your adult ticket is issued.

Where can I park?

The Sunset Avenue Garage is within walking distance and provides easy access to Hinkle Fieldhouse. As a full season MVP, your complimentary parking pass gets you access to the MVP lot located on the south side of Hinkle Fieldhouse.

May I bring in a camera?

  • WNBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the WNBA head office.
  • Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Pacers and Fever basketball games in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6 – 8″ in length, and black in color. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a detachable lenses longer than 6 – 8″, or large lenses that are dark grey in color) are PROHIBITED.
  • Video cameras, and taking of video with other devices, are prohibited. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management, will be used to produce professionally marketed images.
  • Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.
  • Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted.

Is it ok to bring in a poster or sign?

Small signs that do not block the view of other fans are allowed on game days.
